Allocated GP

All patients are allocated a named General Practitioner from 1st April 2015. It is important to note that the named GP is not necessarily the GP that you prefer seeing, its the GP who is responsible for your care.

Patients with Surname A-H  are allocated to Dr Kash Malik

Patients with Surname Ha- R are allocated to Dr Hijab Hussain

Patients with Surname Ra- Z are allocated to Dr Shabbir Ahmed
